Shipping policy

Processing Times:

  • Frame Refresh: Once you place your order, return waybill be sent to you within 1 business day. Once we receive your frame, order will processed and shipped within 1-10 business days depending upon the complexity of your prescription and coatings chosen. Some material and coatings may require up to 14 business days. We will inform you by email if an extended delay is expected.
  • Replacement Lenses: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Some colors may require up to 5 business days. We will inform you by email if extended delay is expected.
  • Contact Lenses: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. We will inform you you if an extended delay is expected.

Shipping Methods:

  • Canada: You have the choice between regular and express shipping services. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is typically 1-2 business days while regular shipping is 2-5 business days.
  • USA: You have the choice between regular and express shipping services. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is typically 1-3 business days while regular shipping is 2-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 5-9 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Canada and USA: We offer Free regular shipping on all orders shipped within Canada and the USA. You can also choose paid express shipping.
  • International Shipping: For orders outside of Canada and the USA, we offer flat rate standard international shipping service.

Custom Fees & Import Duties:

  • For shipping outside Canada, additional customs fees, import duties and local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

    Shipping Address:

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Care@LensRefresh.co. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
