Frame Refresh Service

Do you need a copy of my prescription?
You may type your prescription while ordering lenses. If you prefer you can take a picture of your prescription upload with your order or email it to us later after placing your order.

How long does the reglazing process take?
Leadtime varies depending on your prescription, lens type and lens options you choose. Most frames are reglazed within 5 business days of us receiving it. Some lens options may require an additional 5 business days to complete.

Who Pays for Sending in your Frame?
We do. We will provide you with a Free waybill to send in your frame.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If there is a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately. Changes can be made to the order before lens production has started.

What prescriptions do you accommodate?
We accommodate a wide range of prescriptions, including high-index lenses for strong prescriptions. If you have an unusual prescription, please contact us to confirm.

Is the process safe for my frames?
Our experienced technicians handle your frames with the utmost care to ensure they are returned in perfect condition with new lenses installed. Reglazing process however, has inherent risk involved especially with older frames which might crack or damage in the process. Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for such incidents.

What are the benefits of reglazing vs getting new frame?
Reglazing is a cost-effective, eco-friendly option. You get to keep your beloved frame that you are comfortable with while getting a fresh pair of lenses with your prescription.

Replacement Lenses

Do I need to send in my frame for lens replacement?
No, we will ship the precut lenses to you with instructions on how to replace the lenses in your frame yourself.
